A Letter to Our Customers During COVID-19

Dear SUMAC Customer,

The outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is a significant global health concern. At SUMAC, our highest priority is the health and safety of our team members, customers, partners and communities where we live and work. We continue to follow the guidance of health experts in this unprecedented and rapidly changing situation. Our hearts are with those who have been affected personally by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as the many communities around the world that are facing extreme measures in the attempt to slow its spread. Our main responsibility, as a company and as citizens, is to help stop the spread of this disease. We are doing so by complying at all times with the recommendations of governments and health authorities in all the countries where we are present.

The steps we are taking include physical distancing, reducing worker concentrations and expanding on-site health and safety services on our projects, and working with trade partners to adjust workflows as necessary. We’re also asking our teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible and we are postponing some of our in-person meetings while turning others into virtual events. SUMAC has implemented all the measures recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) and national health authorities to minimize the risk of contagion among our employees. We will implement further changes or adjustments to our business as needed to help protect the health and safety of those around us.

If you have specific requirements or needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our SUMAC team or email [email protected], and we will respond as soon as possible. You can count on us to support your business today and for years to come.

Regards,

Roy Donoso

President at SUMAC.
