Through an initial technical visit and document review, we analyze operational processes, identify waste streams, and evaluate current management practices. We then conduct a solid waste characterization study to determine composition, volume, and generation frequency. With this information, we identify improvement opportunities and lay the foundation for implementing reduction, recovery, and circular economy strategies.
