SUMAC provided design and construction services for the renovation of Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center locations in Carpentersville and Aurora, Illinois.

In Carpentersville, the dental clinic was completely renovated, adding two dental stations and improving the building's safety and accessibility. In Aurora, an existing warehouse space at Casa Hesed was transformed into a complete medical office, with a consultation room, laboratory, and support facilities. SUMAC coordinated architecture, engineering, and construction at both locations, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and quality standard compliance throughout the project.
