SUMAC accompanied the BBVA Backus office project, a space located in the Backus factory in Lima, with more than 300 m² of green areas, integrating innovation, design, and sustainability to achieve LEED Gold certification. Our team implemented comprehensive sustainability strategies including efficient lighting, water management, indoor environmental quality, and occupant well-being, consolidating it as a flagship example of sustainable corporate design.
