SUMAC provided architecture and engineering services for the development of a retail strip center, located south of Dyer, Indiana. The project is part of a master plan that includes two buildings within the lot.

The building was designed to accommodate up to eight retail spaces. Its layout and configuration allow for the incorporation of a fast food restaurant with drive-thru service, optimizing vehicle circulation and the complex's visibility within the urban environment.
