SUMAC accompanied the obtainment of the LEED v4 Gold – New Construction certification for the Cedro Rosado Building at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, located in Cali, Colombia, acting as sustainability and energy efficiency consultant. The seven-story building houses classrooms and auditoriums for the university community.

SUMAC was responsible for energy modeling and fundamental and enhanced commissioning, incorporating strategies such as solar panels, LED lighting and automation, efficient plumbing fixtures, green area protection, and bioclimatic design, optimizing energy performance and occupant comfort.
