SUMAC provided Sustainability and Energy Efficiency consulting services so that Andreu's Distribution Center "Galpón Norte" could obtain LEED Gold certification, becoming the first logistics operator in Mendoza to achieve this recognition.

Our team conducted energy modeling and commissioning, accompanying the project from the design stage to ensure compliance with LEED requirements. The complex achieved energy savings of 14.04% and water savings of 37.94%, supported by LED lighting, efficient plumbing fixtures, and sustainable waste management strategies during construction.
