SUMAC provided Commissioning services for the new Training Center at the College of DuPage, a project that achieved LEED certification. The building incorporates state-of-the-art equipment for the training of emergency response teams, optimizing performance and operational efficiency.

Commissioned systems include lighting and daylighting controls, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical panels. SUMAC developed the Commissioning process through project planning and documentation, defining test requirements and monitoring tests conducted by contractors, analyzing results to ensure correct system performance.
