SUMAC provided Commissioning services for the Manufacturing Technology and Engineering Center (MTEC) at Richard J. Daley College, ensuring all building systems met the established design specifications and operational requirements.

Our work included commissioning process planning and documentation, defining testing requirements, attendance during contractor-conducted tests, and analysis and validation of results, ensuring correct building system performance. Richard J. Daley College is a reference in professional training in engineering and advanced manufacturing. Through the MTEC, the institution prepares students for the more than 20,000 jobs projected in the region over the next decade, strengthening technological and productive development in the educational sector.
