SUMAC accompanied Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes in the advisory for obtaining EDGE certification for its Santa Fe Distribution Center. The complex, composed of three interconnected buildings via pedestrian bridges, includes an extensive 2,099 m² exterior parking area to facilitate circulation and operations.

The project incorporates a metal structure with a pre-formed metal roof, efficient thermal and lighting systems, and low-consumption water fixtures, achieving savings of 28.17% in energy, 33.91% in water, and 31.45% in embodied energy in materials.
