At SUMAC, we supported the Chamberí 161 Torre 2 residential building, in Lima, Peru, on its path toward EDGE certification, through our sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services.
The project is a residential building with 3 basement levels, a semi-basement, and 7 floors, incorporating strategies such as efficient water use, low-consumption faucets, and efficient lighting, combining comfort, efficiency, and environmental care. These solutions optimize the building's performance and achieve an estimated carbon footprint reduction of 7.86 tCO₂/year per unit.
