SUMAC provided LEED consulting services for the renovation of a former police station and its conversion into the Chicago Children's Theatre, a project that achieved LEED Silver certification. The scope included Energy Modeling and Commissioning.

The building incorporates theater halls, administrative offices, classrooms, and support areas. It integrates fire detection and suppression systems, energy and lighting controls, and HVAC improvements.
