SUMAC was responsible for the management and on-site supervision of the four-story renovation project, including restroom spaces, in the Business School Building at Chicago State University.

The work was carried out under tight deadlines and through a carefully coordinated phased execution plan to minimize the impact on the academic calendar and ensure the continuity of educational activities, while also ensuring quality and project scope compliance.
