At SUMAC, we supported the Chiclayo Torre 1 Multifamily Building, located in Lima, Peru, on its path toward EDGE certification, through our sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services.

The project is an 8-story multifamily residential building with a rooftop and 4 basement levels, incorporating strategies such as efficient water use, low-consumption faucets, efficient lighting, and integrated green areas, combining comfort, functionality, and environmental care. These solutions optimize the building's performance and advance toward a more efficient and sustainable residential development.
