This is an 8-story multifamily residential building with a rooftop and 4 basement levels, incorporating sustainable solutions such as efficient water use, low-consumption faucets, efficient lighting, and integrated green areas, combining comfort, functionality, and environmental care to promote a more efficient and sustainable residential development.
