SUMAC conducted a comprehensive Energy Audit at the City Center Rosario complex, evaluating the performance of its main areas: hotel, casino, convention center, and spa. The analysis allowed characterizing energy and water consumption, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining an energy and water goals plan.

Based on this diagnostic, significant savings in water and energy were estimated, along with rainwater reuse strategies and CO₂ emission reductions. This work strengthened the complex's efficient management, optimizing its operation without compromising comfort and consolidating its sustainability commitment.
