Obtaining LEED certification for the Hipermarket El Rosado and Riocentro El Dorado projects, in Guayaquil, was the result of SUMAC's comprehensive support. Each building within Ecuador's first commercial city was designed and supervised with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and occupant well-being, setting a benchmark for sustainable retail development in the country.
