The project is located in a strategic site on Avenida El Poblado, with access to public transport and basic services, facilitating user mobility. The clinic features a recreational rooftop terrace as an open space for occupants and an efficient climate control and ventilation system that ensures proper air renewal and optimal indoor environmental quality. This project represents a milestone as the first clinic in the region to obtain LEED BD+C: Healthcare v4 certification, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and user well-being.
