SUMAC, in consortium with the construction company Crearq, provided Construction Project Management services for Clínica Risso, a healthcare center located in Lima, Peru. The project includes a 10-story medical office building with a technical roof, plus three basement levels for parking, storage, cisterns, and pump rooms.

The SUMAC team worked under PMBOK guidelines, applied across all phases of project management and construction supervision. The approach included comprehensive resource management and supervision of activities during the design and construction stages, ensuring efficient execution aligned with the project's objectives.
