SUMAC provided sustainability and energy efficiency consulting for the new headquarters of the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú, located in the Miraflores district, achieving LEED Platinum pre-certification. The project integrated high-performance environmental strategies aligned with the most demanding sustainability standards.

As a result of the consulting, the building projected 50% water consumption savings, 100% savings in irrigation water, and 25% energy savings. SUMAC accompanied the process to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and LEED compliance at the headquarters of the country's leading technical institution.
