SUMAC was the LEED advisor for the Villa Per Se – Kindergarten and Elementary project, providing comprehensive support during the design and construction stages. Services included energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, and supervision during construction, ensuring the correct implementation of sustainability criteria in both buildings.
The project responds to an institutional philosophy oriented toward comprehensive sustainability, applying LEED standards across the educational campus. The land spans 42,000 m², of which more than half is dedicated to gardens, parks, sports courts, and a vegetable garden, promoting direct contact with the natural environment.
