SUMAC provides LEED consulting services for the ECOTEC Sports Complex, located on the Samborondón campus. The scope includes energy modeling, commissioning, and certification strategy coordination from initial design stages, integrating environmental performance criteria into the project.

Currently in progress, the complex articulates physical activity, university life, and sustainability in a cohesive environment. Courts, training areas, and recreational spaces promote movement and well-being, while natural light, ventilation, and material selection optimize comfort and resource efficiency.
