SUMAC accompanied the Connecta 80, Torre 1 project in Bogotá through its sustainability consulting services, enabling the building to achieve Fitwel certification.

The project implemented strategies focused on occupant well-being and health, including access to outdoor spaces, active mobility, healthy food, and indoor environmental quality, consolidating a high-performance workspace aligned with international wellness standards.
