At SUMAC, we accompanied Corporativo 194 in Quito, making it the first building in Ecuador to obtain LEED Platinum certification. Comprising 7 underground parking levels and 10 office floors, this project marks a before and after in sustainable construction in the country.

SUMAC provided comprehensive sustainability consulting, implementing strategies in energy efficiency, water management, indoor environmental quality, and sustainable materials, achieving the highest environmental performance standards for this flagship office complex.
