SUMAC obtained LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction Gold certification for the Consejo Superior de la Judicatura “Alpujarra” Building, a 28-story project that stands as a benchmark for sustainable public infrastructure in Medellín, Colombia.

Our team developed architectural designs, bioclimatic studies, and complementary technical designs for the building. The work integrates advanced sustainable strategies, including a thermal district, solar panels, low-consumption plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, automation and control systems, applying best sustainable construction practices.
