At SUMAC, we accompanied Euromotors in the implementation of the SUMAC Zero Waste Program, focused on strengthening their waste management and advancing toward more efficient and responsible operations.

The process began with a Waste Diagnostic to identify the current status, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Based on this analysis, we developed a Waste Management Plan with concrete actions to optimize processes, reduce impacts, and promote a sustainable organizational culture. We also accompanied the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the plan, ensuring objective compliance and continuous improvement.
