SUMAC was responsible for the LEED Certification process, Energy Modeling, Commissioning, and managing the obtainment of tax benefits for the Facatativá Medical Center, a 5-story tower located in Facatativá, Cundinamarca, Colombia, for medical use.

The first floor includes waiting rooms and a pharmacy, while the four upper floors house nursing areas, consulting rooms, and examination suites. The project incorporated bicycle and efficient vehicle parking, water-saving faucets and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, and sustainable construction criteria.
