At SUMAC, we provided sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services for the Filin Multifamily Building, located in Lima, Peru, accompanying its process to achieve EDGE certification.

The project is a 10-story residential building with a rooftop and 3 basement levels, incorporating sustainable strategies such as efficient water use, low-consumption faucets, and high-efficiency lighting, contributing to improved environmental performance. These solutions optimize the building's efficiency and achieve an estimated carbon footprint reduction of 36.97 tCO₂/year per unit.
