SUMAC accompanied Google in the transformation of its offices located on the third floor of Dock No. 1 in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, combining modern functionality with a cutting-edge sustainability approach.

During the project, SUMAC planned and implemented energy efficiency and water savings strategies, turning the offices into a benchmark for responsible operation. Additionally, 82% of demolition and construction waste was recycled, avoiding disposal in landfills and promoting the circular economy. These offices reflect Google's commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, creating a working environment that is at once modern, inspiring, and aligned with the highest global standards.
