At SUMAC, we supported the Halcones III Residential Building, located in Lima, Peru, in its process toward EDGE certification, through our sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services.

The project integrates strategies aimed at improving the building's energy and water performance, such as the implementation of natural gas, thermal insulation on roofs, and low-water-consumption faucets. These solutions optimize the development's efficiency and achieve an estimated carbon footprint reduction of 103 tCO₂/year per unit.
