SUMAC was responsible for Energy Modeling, Commissioning, and managing the obtainment of Tax Benefits for the Hospital de Bosa, a medical-use project located in Bogotá, Colombia, developed for Grupo Ortíz.

The hospital incorporates bicycle and efficient vehicle parking, water-saving faucets and plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, and sustainable construction best practices, in a 32,254 m² infrastructure designed to strengthen the city's healthcare network.
