SUMAC developed the LEED diagnostic for Hotel BTH, evaluating its performance in key aspects for hotel projects such as energy efficiency, water savings, indoor environmental quality, and comfort for guests and staff.

Based on this analysis, a roadmap was defined with strategies focused on optimizing mechanical and electrical systems, incorporating efficient equipment, strengthening waste management, and improving the building's indoor experience. These actions enable the hotel to advance toward international sustainability standards without compromising service quality.
