SUMAC conducted the LEED diagnostic for the Hotel Iberostar, evaluating the project's level of alignment with certification criteria and its potential to achieve the standard. The analysis considered key aspects such as energy efficiency, water management, indoor environmental quality, and sustainability strategies specific to the hotel sector.

Based on this evaluation, a roadmap was established with improvement opportunities and technical guidelines to orient the project toward more efficient and competitive environmental performance under international standards.
