SUMAC was responsible for the LEED BD+C: Hospitality certification process for Hotel Osh, developing energy modeling, fundamental and enhanced commissioning, and managing the obtainment of the project's tax benefits.

Located in the Getsemani neighborhood of Cartagena, the hotel integrates high-efficiency systems, solar panel energy generation, and grey water treatment for reuse. These strategies strengthen its environmental performance and consolidate it as a sustainable construction benchmark in an urban and historic setting.
