SUMAC supported the Hotel Westin & Convention Center in its LEED EB: O+M recertification process, ensuring performance monitoring and continuous building improvement, maintaining its LEED Gold certification.

The work included annual monitoring of indicators in energy, water, materials, waste, transportation, and human experience, along with data management and uploading on the ARC platform. This process ensures the hotel maintains high operational standards and consolidates its sustainability leadership within the hotel sector.
