SUMAC conducted a LEED diagnostic for the Hotel Zuana Beach Resort, evaluating the project's current performance and its potential alignment with certification criteria. The analysis identified improvement opportunities in efficiency, management, and sustainability.

Based on this diagnostic, a strategic roadmap was established to strengthen the hotel's environmental performance, promoting good operational practices and responsible environmental management, in line with international sustainability standards.
