SUMAC provided Energy Audit, Energy Modeling, and Commissioning services for the Instituto Británico Santiago de Surco campus, developing the indoor environmental quality and energy efficiency diagnostic for the building. The evaluation compared the infrastructure's performance against international standards, identifying improvement opportunities to optimize the educational center's environmental conditions.

The diagnostic included a regulatory analysis and comparative tables of environmental quality and energy efficiency. As a result, SUMAC implemented and supervised the complete installation of a mechanical fresh air injection system, designed according to the existing infrastructure and mechanical design standards, improving indoor environmental quality and executing the work efficiently and within the established timelines.
