Over two years, SUMAC participated from conceptualization to completion, leading project management, construction management, and sustainability consulting, making this the first logistics center in the country to achieve LEED Platinum certification. In parallel, SUMAC provided advisory services at the company's offices, implementing energy and water efficiency strategies, a comprehensive waste management diagnostic, and employee training, contributing to L'Oréal's corporate carbon footprint reduction plan.
