SUMAC provided Sustainability Consulting services to accompany the Meraki Club & Residences project in obtaining CASA Certification, defining water and energy efficiency strategies for both residential units and common areas.

The project encompasses four six-story towers with 305 units, integrating extensive common areas including a restaurant, gym, coworking space, pools, and spa. It incorporates low-consumption plumbing fixtures and efficient lighting, promoting a significant reduction in resource use and a high standard of environmental performance.
