At SUMAC, we supported the Monte Umbroso Multifamily Building, in Lima, Peru, on its path toward EDGE certification, through our sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services.

The project is a 7-story multifamily residential building with 4 basement levels and a rooftop, integrating strategies such as efficient water use, low-consumption faucets, efficient lighting, and green areas, combining comfort, functionality, and environmental commitment. These solutions optimize the building's performance and achieve an estimated carbon footprint reduction of 40.99 tCO₂/year per unit.
