SUMAC provided Construction Project Management services for the renovation of the administrative offices in the Walker Museum Building at the University of Chicago, one of the campus's original historic buildings, completed in 1893 and originally designed as a geology museum and laboratory.
The project scope included updating the office energy requirements, new lighting, and low-voltage installations, aligned with current University standards. As part of a comprehensive building renovation, SUMAC coordinated with other contractors and construction managers to ensure proper integration of the work with the overall schedule and university operations.
