At SUMAC, we supported the Nius residential building, located in Lima, Peru, in its process to achieve EDGE certification, through our sustainability and energy efficiency consulting services.

The project incorporates strategies aimed at improving the building's energy and water performance, such as the implementation of natural gas, thermal insulation on roofs, and low-water-consumption faucets. These solutions optimize the development's efficiency and achieve an estimated carbon footprint reduction of 247.69 tCO₂/year per unit.
