SUMAC provided Sustainability and Energy Efficiency consulting services for Nomad Living, a 10-story building in Lima combining residential and commercial spaces, with 160 apartments in total. Thanks to the strategies implemented, the project became the first residential building in Peru to obtain Fitwel certification, setting a benchmark for healthy, sustainable urban living.
