SUMAC directed and supervised the renovation of Norwegian American Hospital, coordinating a team of 50 people in plumbing, structural, electrical, painting, and mechanical systems, with the goal of meeting the requirements for The Joint Commission certification.

Additionally, SUMAC managed patient distribution and circulation during the construction process, implementing measures to minimize operational disruption and ensure continuity of medical care during construction.
