SUMAC accompanied Parque Arauco in the advisory for obtaining LEED certification for its corporate offices located on the roof of the Parque La Colina Shopping Center, in northern Bogotá. The project, with a built area of 1,373 m² and 410 m² of recreational green areas, is already completed and operational.
