Obtaining LEED Silver certification was the result of SUMAC's work at the administrative offices of the European Union Delegation, located on the 7th floor of Torre 6 building in Quito. Each space was designed and supervised with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and occupant well-being, consolidating the offices as a benchmark for responsible corporate management.
