SUMAC provided sustainability and energy efficiency services for the Morrison Administrative and Services Center, a 600 m² project in Tramo 2 – Ruta del Sol, Cesar. The project implemented 200 kW solar panels, solar control films, air conditioning retrofit, and LED lighting, improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

A geo-thermal loop and variable speed drives on air motors were also installed, optimizing systems operation. SUMAC accompanied the project to ensure sustainability, energy efficiency, and quality from planning through operation.
