SUMAC provided comprehensive consulting for multiple Coca-Cola projects in Ecuador, including the LEED Silver certification of the company's largest plant in South America. Our work included energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, measurement and verification (M&V) plans, and supervision during construction, ensuring the plant operated with efficiency and sustainability.

The project faced the challenge of meeting energy and water savings targets, achieved through innovative strategies such as solar tubes and skylights, full automation systems, and selection of materials with recycled content.
