SUMAC was the advisor for obtaining the LEED certification for the Arca Continental corporate building, Toni Dairy in Ecuador. Our team provided energy modeling, fundamental commissioning, M&V plan advisory, and supervision during construction.

The project, designed by renowned architect Jazz Kalirai, maximized natural light to reduce energy consumption and incorporated energy-efficient systems throughout the facility, achieving high environmental performance standards.
