SUMAC provided Sustainability and Energy Efficiency Consulting services for the City Campus of Politécnico Grancolombiano. It was responsible for the LEED New Construction Certified level certification, Energy Modeling, and Fundamental Commissioning.

The project incorporated LED lighting, lighting controls, efficient air conditioning, low-consumption plumbing fixtures, and preferential parking. It achieved 9% water savings and 83% savings in embodied energy in materials, across an area of 29,600 m².
